RETURNS
Buyer is responsible for contacting support@tshiddentreasures.com to initiate return process. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 48 hours of the delivery of your product.

After 48 hours from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
- A restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY.
- All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
- Our amazing customer care team will take care of processing your return and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.
Non-Returnable Items: Blowout Sale items, Beauty Products (Creams and Lashes) and Gift cards purchases are nonreturnable. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).
FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE
Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.
DAMAGES | WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Damages:
If your purchase arrives damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.

All damaged items are to be returned/received before a store credit is issued. T’s Hidden Treasures will provide a pre-paid label for approved damaged returns.
Missing Item From Order | Wrong Item Received:
Any missing items from an order that states was shipped, requires a copy of the original invoice and picture of what was received to be emailed to support@tshiddentreasures.com. Any incorrect items must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. T's Hidden Treasures will provide a pre-paid label for approved items received in error. Please send a picture of the incorrect item and the invoice to support@tshiddentreasures.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. (Restrictions Apply: Pre-Sale Items)
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Free standard shipping (5-7 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. continental orders over $75 (sub-total). Excludes: Gift Card Purchases. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. (T’s Hidden Treasures is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.) Gift Cards that are a part of purchase must have additional items that total $75+ to receive free shipping. If a gift card is purchased and the remaining item(s) in that order requires shipment and does not meet the total of $75+, you will be charged $7.95 shipping fee. U.S. Territories and International Shipping: A $29.99 shipping fee is applied to all U.S. territories and international orders. Any additional duty and tax charges are responsibility of the purchaser. International packages are sent through USPS.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), PayPal, and Afterpay. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as
"T's Hidden Treasures".
PRE-ORDERS
Our Pre-Order process allows customers to order items that are not currently in stock. This allows exclusive access to T’s Hidden Treasures new arrivals. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.
